When u breakdown, I breakdown too

There are context of the training that I need to follow, I know how hard it might be for u having to face this challenge, I know u need a shoulder and someone to talk to for moment like this, I am sorry that I cannot be the person for you. For this journey you will learn to be tough, u will learn what really matters to you and the only way out is through.

As a senior I will always love you, my nerdiness tells me to do whatever it takes to protect you but I choose to back off and let you face this yourself. It was painful for me too when we were in that silence moment over the phone...

All I can do is to get you moving forward n get the support you need from them.

I am in pain too...my leg no longer in pain, my heart is.

Forefoot Running Technique

The GLOW in my Nike shoes

I remember I bought this pair of shoes because my old pair were worn out due to long duration inactive, and I needed to go KK Mount for a hike. Bought her in Mid valley at discounted price.

I never thought she was a nike+ compatible until this years Nike Run I saw the promotion on for registered runners and I discovered the NIKE+ logo on the insole of the shoes. From then I started to use the Nike+ sensor band to track my running.

Well the point is not about my running, it's about her.

After 2months of active running and finally I got back my pace for 10KM (that was the reason why I got back into running after seeing suffering a horrible run in Energizer night race this year). I give half marathon a thought for year 2011.

Most people won't believe me that I haven't run further than 15KM before (in fact my 1st 15KM was during one of the recent practice when no one else wanted to join me). Given that, plus I started to suffer some pain on my fore lower right leg from putting too much running weight on the right foot, I give my running technique a serious thought and do some reading on how to run more efficiently without putting too much stress on my right foot.

The forefoot running method caught my attention and I totally agree with this running theory but practically this will put more stress on the calf muscles and require me to change my running shoes.

Somehow after the Penang bridge run I have to wash my nike shoes and decided to take a photo of her before I decide whether to keep her for running or as normal sports shoe for cross training. The GLOW in her from the photo (I know it was the reflective material on her) reminded me that may be this is not what she wants, may be there is more in her that I can explore, may be this is not the best result I can get out of her yet.

May be she still deserves a place in my runnings.

So, I decided to keep her for coming runs and at least for a half marathon, she deserves a test! :D

Choosing a wife

A man wanted to get married. He was having trouble choosing among three likely candidates. He gives each woman a present of $5,000 and watches to see what they do with the money.

The first does a total makeover. She goes to a fancy beauty salon, gets her hair done, new makeup; buys several new outfits and dresses up very nicely for the man. She tells him that she has done this to be more attractive for him because she loves him so much.

The man was impressed.

The second goes shopping to buy the man gifts. She gets him a new set of golf clubs, some new gizmos for his computer, and some expensive clothes. As she presents these gifts, she tells him that she has spent all the money on him because she loves him so much...

Again, the man is impressed.

The third invests the money in the stock market She earns several times the $5,000. She gives him back his $5,000 and reinvests the remainder in a joint account. She tells him that she wants to save for their future because she loves him so much.

Obviously, the man was impressed.

The man thought for a long time about what each woman had done with the money he'd given her.

Then he married the one with the biggest tits!!!

Men are like that, you know.
And on another note!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.
