Some people complaint that my post of my runnings on facebooks irritates them, some ask do I have better things to post, some say I am doing it too much.
I want to say:
1. If my post in my facebook irritates you, please scroll down to read others.
2. If you think I am trying to prove something or show off, then please scroll down, it is not meant for you.
3. I post alot of things on facebook, if only my running post catch your attention, may be it is something that bothers you.
4. I don't see running 2-4 times a week as too much, doctor recommend 5 times of exercises a week, each time at least 45 mins, I actually think I am UNDER-exercise. Perhaps if people who goes to gym 5days a week, deserves your concern. Perhaps those who play badminton/futsal/basketball twice a week needs your care too, but they never post anything, so you don't get to see.
5. My posts are meant for those who see it as support for them to act on their bucket list.
